The Gallery Salon Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice for cancellations.
ENFORCED 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 96 hours and 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
Please respond to our automated text confirmations sent prior to your appointment in order to confirm or reschedule. You can also respond directly to your stylist.
Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
If you have a multiple service appointment and tell us at the time of your appointment that you do not want all of the services you are scheduled for, the cancelation policy will apply to the unwanted service(s).
The Gallery’s cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability. This keeps our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone!
